Clap the steps and learn the rhythm. Fuse them together in bilateral sequences and you will freed your body into this vibrant exploration of multi-cultural Latin dance. The class is focused around basic body rhythms inherent in Cumbia, Merengue, Salsa, and ChaCha-Cha. We will build movement over the the basis of rhythm and from there, we build up the challenge of moment in different directions to create the most enjoyable and fun cardio-dance experience.
