In this class we will use all types of accessible tools you have at home. We’ll work every muscle group, then stimulate muscle elasticity and fascia by introducing active recovery efforts to those muscles we just worked. We’ll then repeat the exercise to generate more power, strength and intensity. If you are trying to build muscle and avoid injury , this is the class for you.
