Research has proven that by adding lean muscle to the body, you can speed up your metabolism, and burn more calories working out and at rest. Using hand weights to change the shape of your body – no muscle gets neglected! This is a low-impact class (no jumping, no burpees) but will leave you sweating and challenged! We work “to the beat” of the music and have a total blast! Equipment needed: light weights, mid-range weights, heavy weights for lower body, and a mat for floor work.
