Colleen has combined her two most requested classes into one jam-packed hour of sweaty fun! You’ll get the best of both worlds with 30 minutes of Tabata and 30 minutes of Strength & Sculpt!
First, we “hit the beat” with Strength & Sculpt where we move to the beat of the music to build strength, add definition, increase bone density, and decrease body fat by INCREASING lean muscle! Then, we Tabata which offers short bursts of peak effort using the formula of a work/rest ratio of 2:1. The class includes alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise. They have even shorter, less-intense recovery periods. With a variety of exercises and methods for this training, you’ll always be targeting major muscle groups for a whole-body workout.
