Tabata offers short bursts of peak effort using the formula of a work/rest ratio of 2:1. The class includes alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise. They have even shorter, less-intense recovery periods. With a variety of exercises and methods for this training, you’ll always be targeting major muscle groups for a whole-body workout.

Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you are looking for.
