From a young age, you were most likely to see me flipping head over heels. I have competed in gymnastics, diving, trampoline, dance and cheerleading. A Southern California native, I chose the University of Washington to attend college and was a cheerleader there from 1995-1998. It was during that time finding alternate ways to train and condition that I found a neighborhood gym and began taking group fitness classes. My love of fitness and exercise grew from there and I enjoy being able to spread that enthusiasm and energy to others around me. For the past three years I have been the Regional Head trainer for Orangetheory Fitness for Washington and Wyoming. I am ACE certified in Group Fitness and also hold a Sports Conditioning Specialty Certification, as well as, a certificate in Tabata, Barre, Schwinn cycling, TRX training, and Trigger Point therapy. When not teaching, you will likely find me on the tennis court attempting to perfect my serve and volley or enjoying time with my 3 beautiful children and Chocolate lab, Hurley. I look forward to the opportunity every day to meet new people, understand their goals, and help them on their journey to lead a healthy and happy life. I believe building a strong body from the inside out is the only way to positive results and sustained success.

There is a reason HIIT is HOT! This high intensity virtual circuit training class will challenge your body to improve your strength, speed and stamina.
Incorporating bodyweight exercises and the use of weighted household items, we will incorporate multidirectional movement, balance, flexibility and core strength. Appropriate for everyone regardless of where you are on your fitness journey. Safe and effective options will be provided for all exercises. Guaranteed to take your “game” to the next level.
