Workout to Lift Up – Benefitting YWCA’s

Joining instructors from across the country to bring awareness to Domestic Violence with a workout you will never forget. A two hour marathon from Cardio, Kickboxing and Barre to Yoga that benefits the YWCA’s and all of their efforts in supporting women escaping and starting a new life path.
