As an author and program developer, she created the SCW Pilates and SCW Barre Education Programs and contributes material to Self, Shape and Prevention publications. Abbie is an internationally renowned presenter for ACSM, IDEA, SCW Fitness, DCAC, CanFitPro, IHRSA and many other organizations. As an educator, she currently develops and delivers workshops for world-class brands including TRX Training, Schwinn Cycling, Stairmaster and Nautilus. Abbie is nominated for IDEA Presenter of the Year and is awarded SCW Fitness Presenter of the Year, ECA Presenter of the Year and CanFitPro Presenter of the Year.
