Amanda found a love of group fitness in college. She has taught many formats in her years of teaching from Tabata, Pedal and Pulse, Total Body Conditioning, Step and Barre.
Amanda prides herself on getting to know each of her students, encouraging them to have fun in class while challenging them to do their best. She will tell you stories and make you laugh. Her goal is for you to walk out of class with a sense of accomplishment and a smile on your face.
