Doris Thews is an International award-winning Fitness Educator including 2019 World IDEA Fitness Instructor of the year. She travels Internationally representing several leading fitness brands “training the Trainers.” Starting as a college athlete to owning her fitness consulting business, Doris consults and has programed successful formats for several national gym brands. She is a Senior Master Trainer and Global Mentor for Schwinn and is on the International Development Master Trainer team for BOSU. Doris loves to train with her husband to compete in Triathlons and has run 4 of the 6 world major marathons. She has kept her longevity in fitness by training functionally and practicing Yoga.
