Elizabeth Andrews has been teaching and developing innovative fitness classes and programming for 35 years. She coaches and educates for premiere companies in the movement arena, such as BOSU, TRX, and DVRT Ultimate Sandbag.
Elizabeth has been a featured motivational speaker and presenter for Amazon, IDEA World, IDEA West, TRX Summits, DCAC, Western States Chiropractic College, and the YMCA Summits.
Her diverse experience working and teaching in the rehab field, general fitness, and yoga offer a rich perspective and knowledge of movement. Her most recent accomplishment is leading a team of fitness professionals behind Amazon’s Halo launch.
Elizabeth holds many specialty certifications, including ACSM, ACE, Animal Flow, FMS, FRC, DVFT, EBFA, and 200 hour Yoga Alliance.
