Elizabeth is the National Program Director for Balletone, Master Trainer for Barre Above, Chaos and Tabata Bootcamp. She is a Senior National Master Trainer & Program Development Team Member with BOSU and Hedstrom Fitness and a Master Trainer with WaterRower.   She can be seen regularly on WWLP Mass Appeal, and NBC Affiliate, as a fitness expert, blog for BOSU and Hedstrom Fitness .

Owner of Studio E Fitness and creator of the innerathlete Coaching Program, Elizabeth believes in building a strong self from the inside out. She reminds clients there is a difference between what we cannot do and what we don’t WANT to do. She uses her M.Ed. to functions as a fitness guidance counselor, consultant and mentor, providing personal and program development.

 HIIT at Home

HIIT, tabatas, monster sets and more…this time with a twist. Using the BOSU Balance Trainer, class trains by using the same set of drills and skills for 4-6 weeks at a time with progressions and added “intention” so you FEEL progress YOUR from week to week. Look forward cardio, strength and core in each class!
