Description: Format 45 minutes – Crush calories with easy to follow, FUN kickboxing combinations set to high energy music! Dynamic, Athletic movements like squats and lunges will be combined with punch and kick movements, with high and low impact options. Finish the workout with core crushing bodyweight exercises.
Linda McDonald is a Fitness Presenter and Master Trainer for Barre Above®, Balletone® and Extreme HIIT Chaos. A seasoned Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer with over 25 years, Linda specializes in creating high energy group fitness formats.
As an ACE and AFAA Continuing Education Provider, Linda has created training workshops both in cycle and group fitness formats. A leader in Group Fitness Programming, she has provided expert business consulting to health clubs, evaluating group fitness instructors as well as providing upskill training. Linda recently developed a signature format cycle program for a local health club, based on MY Zone® heart rate technology.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with a minor in Business. She and her husband Mike, recent empty nesters live in the south shore of Boston with their cherished yellow lab, Brady.
