Lisa is a high-energy Master Trainer for Barre Above, Balletone, and Cardio Yoga stationed out of Dallas, Texas. An educator by trade, Lisa has a passion for mentoring new instructors and providing high-quality continuing education for fitness and yoga professionals across the country. She is a 500hr-ERsYT and produces continuing education courses with Lauren George on the Fitness Education Station. When Lisa is not teaching or taking classes, she can be found playing with her kitten, Milo, and going on walks (when it’s not 1000 degrees) and enjoying time with her friends.
Get ready to sweat and sculpt on your mat! Yoga Sculpt fuses together sweaty cardio and muscle sculpting with the flow and mindfulness of yoga! We will intensify traditional yoga postures by adding dynamic conditioning training with weights as well as cardio bursts. Have your water and towel handy, this is a sweat sesh you won’t want to miss!!
Equipment: Mat, free weights (recommended 3-10lbs), block (or block substitute)
